Hornets' Ariza out with ankle injury Mar 29th 2012, 21:29 New Orleans, LA –  New Orleans Hornets forward Trevor Ariza will miss Thursday's game against Portland due to a sore right ankle. Ariza missed Wednesday's win in Golden State with the injury, which also sidelined him March 24th against San Antonio. He will likely miss the remainder of the team's road trip that also includes back-to-back games March 31st against the Los Angeles Lakers and April 1st at Phoenix. Eric Gordon (knee), who has missed 48 games this season, is also doubtful for Thursday's contest. Chris Kaman (illness) is questionable after missing the last three games. Finally, Emeka Okafor (sore left knee) and Gustavo Ayon (personal, birth of child) are both not with the team.
