| Spurs down Suns Mar 28th 2012, 04:24 Phoenix, AZ – Tim Duncan dropped in 26 points on 11-of-16 shooting and grabbed 11 rebounds as the San Antonio Spurs topped the Phoenix Suns, 107-100, at US Airways Center on Tuesday. Tony Parker finished with 24 points and handed out seven assists, while Kawhi Leonard contributed 14 points and seven boards and Manu Ginobili added 13 points and five assists for the Spurs, who have won five consecutive games. Matt Bonner rounded out the double-figure scorers with 10 points. Shannon Brown drained five three-pointers en route to a career-high 32 points to pace the Suns, while Marcin Gortat had a double-double with 21 points and 14 rebounds and Steve Nash added 16 points and eight assists. Sebastian Telfair donated 11 points for Phoenix, which saw its two-game win streak come to an end. | |
