| Virtue, Moir skate to gold at Worlds Mar 29th 2012, 21:15 Nice, France – Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir captured their second world gold on Thursday at the World Figure Skating Championships. The 2010 Olympic gold medallists captured their second world gold with a total score of 182.65, edging out 2011 world gold medallists Meryl Davis and Charlie White. The Americans finished with a mark of 178.62. Virtue and Moir won the world crown in 2010 but finished second last year. France's Nathalie Pechalat and Fabian Bourzat picked up their first world medal, a bronze with a score of 173.18. | |
