Bobcats waive Diaw Mar 21st 2012, 18:39 Charlotte, NC –  The Charlotte Bobcats waived forward Boris Diaw on Wednesday. Acquired in a trade with the Suns in 2008, Diaw averaged 7.4 points, 5.3 rebounds and 4.3 assists in 37 games for the Bobcats this year. Over eight NBA seasons with the Hawks, Suns and Bobcats, the 29-year-old Diaw has career averages of 9.6 points, 4.9 rebounds and 4.0 assists.
