Lions ink DE Brown, re-sign two others Mar 22nd 2012, 20:35 Allen Park, MI –  The Detroit Lions inked defensive end signed linebacker Ashlee Palmer and tight end Will year deals on Thursday. Brown, a 2009 second-round pick of the Carolina Panthers, has yet to live up to expectations, recording just six sacks in three years. Palmer, a three-year pro, has registered 87 tackles and one sack during his brief career, while the 31-year-old blocking specialist Heller caught six balls for 42 yards last season.
