Spurs sign F Boris Diaw Mar 23rd 2012, 20:34 San Antonio, TX –  The San Antonio Spurs signed forward Boris Diaw on Friday, two days after he was placed on waivers by the Charlotte Bobcats. In 37 games with the Bobcats this season, Diaw averaged 7.4 points, 5.3 rebounds and 4.3 assists. Diaw, who turns 30 next month, has averaged 9.6 points, 4.9 rebounds and 4.0 assists in 660 career games with Atlanta, Phoenix and Charlotte. The native of France was named the league's Most Improved Player in 2006.
