Halladay to have shoulder examined Tuesday May 28th 2012, 17:44 Flushing, NY –  Philadelphia Phillies starter Roy Halladay will have his right shoulder examined on Tuesday. Details of the examination have not been released yet, but the team is in the process of finalizing the plans. Halladay left Sunday's 8-3 loss to the Cardinals following the bottom of the second inning. He was charged with four runs on four hits and one walk over two full frames, dropping his record to 1-5 with a 5.08 earned run average in his last eight appearances. On the season, the 35-year-old is just 4-5 with a 3.98 ERA over 11 starts.
