Los Angeles, CA –  Yadier Molina had four hits, including the go-ahead two-run home run in the sixth inning, and scored twice as the St. Louis Cardinals downed the Milwaukee Brewers, 7-3, in the middle test of a three-game set at Busch Stadium. Skip Schumaker also knocked in a pair of runs, while Kyle Lohse (4-0) allowed three runs on six hits and four walks through six innings for the Cardinals, who earned their third straight win. Aramis Ramirez had two hits, including a home run, and scored twice for Milwaukee, which dropped its third consecutive game. Marco Estrada (0-1) gave up five runs -- four earned -- on seven hits and two walks in a six-inning start to suffer the loss.

Cincinnati, OH (Sports Network) - Johnny Cueto tossed seven scoreless innings and Jay Bruce knocked in four runs as the Reds took a 6-0 decision in the middle contest of a three-game set at Great American Ballpark on Saturday. Cueto (3-0) allowed just five hits with one walk and three strikeouts. Bruce finished with two hits, including a two-run homer, and Brandon Phillips added an RBI triple and two runs scored for the Reds, who snapped a brief two-game skid. Lucas Harrell (1-2) surrendered six runs -- five earned -- on nine hits and a walk over his six-inning start. Travis Buck had two of the Astros' six hits as they fell for the third time in five games.
